Saman, the founder of Y2Support, holds a bachelor's degree in IT and is passionate about helping seniors navigate technology with ease. Always staying updated on the latest tech trends and gadgets, Saman combines a love for learning with a dedication to making technology simple and accessible for everyone.

 After graduating in IT, I quickly saw how fast technology was growing. New devices, apps, and innovations were constantly emerging, and it became clear that while many people adapted quickly, others—especially seniors—struggled to keep up. I’ve always had a passion for technology, but what truly drove me to start Y2Support was seeing how this rapid change left so many seniors feeling disconnected and overwhelmed.

I began by helping my own family members, and teaching them how to use smartphones, tablets, and computers. During this time, I realized that seniors needed more than just tech support—they needed someone to personalize the experience, work with them at their own pace, and tailor the support to their unique needs. Whether it was setting up video calls with family or learning how to navigate health apps, I saw the difference it made in their lives when they could truly understand and use the technology available to them.

That’s when I knew I had to take this passion further, and Y2Support was born. My goal is simple: to empower seniors by helping them stay connected to the future and making their lives easier through personalized tech training and support. I believe technology should make life simpler, not harder, and I’m here to ensure that every senior feels confident, capable, and connected.
