Service Description
Assist with unboxing, setting up, and customizing new devices like smartphones, tablets, computers, and smart home devices. Benefits: Get your new devices up and running fast without the frustration. Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS after the appointment is scheduled. Appointment Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled based on availability and location. You will be given a specific time window for the technician's arrival. Service is available Monday through Friday, with weekend and after-hours slots (25% to 50% surcharge applies). On-Site Visit: Our technician will arrive within the agreed time window. We will notify you if any delays occur. Someone should be present during the visit, especially if the service involves training or guidance. Travel Fees: A $50 travel fee applies for locations more than 20 miles from Newport Beach, CA. Additional travel arrangements may be necessary for locations beyond our service range. Service Duration: Service times vary depending on the task's complexity. If the service requires more time than expected, the technician will notify you before continuing. Services requiring additional time or in-depth analysis will be discussed on-site. Payment Policy: Payment is due upon service completion. An invoice will be issued after the service, including any extra charges for additional time or services provided. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance, or a $50 fee will apply. We understand emergencies happen, and we will work with you to reschedule when necessary. After-Hours & Emergency Services: A 25% to 50% surcharge applies for after-hours services, depending on the time and complexity. Emergency service availability is subject to technician availability and may incur higher travel fees. Safety Protocols: Technicians follow safety and hygiene protocols. Please inform us in advance if there are any special conditions in your home (e.g., pets or health concerns). Clients are expected to maintain a safe environment during the technician’s visit. Liability: Y2Support is not liable for any pre-existing issues with your devices or network. While we will do our best to resolve technical problems, some may require advanced solutions or third-party intervention. Y2Support is not responsible for any damage resulting from faulty hardware or third-party software. Satisfaction Guarantee: If there are any issues with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.
